At Tolsim, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their eSIM purchase. Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Refundable Products

Once an eSIM QR code or activation information has been delivered to the customer (by email or through the user dashboard), the product is considered used and is non-refundable, regardless of whether it has been activated or not.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund before the eSIM activation details are delivered only in the following cases:

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not received activation data.

  • Your device is not compatible with eSIM (and activation has not occurred).

  • Payment was duplicated in error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Ineligible Refund Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The eSIM has been activated or scanned.

  • You experience connection or coverage issues due to factors beyond our control (e.g., local network availability, signal strength, device settings).

  • Incorrect installation due to user error.

  • Change of mind after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Confirmation that the eSIM has not been activated or used

We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days.
